Tom Marceau and his team of master luthiers build Custom Shop grade instruments that compete with american or japanese productions. Hand crafted in France with drastically sourced components, Marceau guitars and basses will have a brilliant future. They are already knighted by famous french musicians as Jean-Michel Kajdan, Dan Ar Braz, Sébastien Chouard, Hadrien Féraud, Jessie Lee or Rockloé, but also international artists as Lucky Peterson. Alder body, roasted flame Maple bolt-on neck and Richlie fretboard (C profile, hybrid radius 10/14", 24 medium frets), Marceau Guitars Custom M1 AlNiCo V Humbucking pickups and Marceau Guitars custom hardware.
Ebony has been a wood of unsustainable harvesting, as a consequence many guitar companies including Martin or Gibson use Richlite, a phenolic resin/cellulose compound material with excellent tone.
