Using Yamaha’s exclusive Acoustic Design process, the YAMAHA Chris Buck Revstar RS02CB features a chambered body which enhances tone while reducing weight, while a carbon-reinforced neck adds strength and stability. The result is a guitar that’s perfectly balanced, resonant, and built for the stage.

At the heart of the RS02CB is a specially voiced P90-style pickup, developed closely with Chris.
By refining coil windings and magnet selection, the pickup is tuned for slightly lower output, allowing a clear, detailed response at lower volumes and a strong, open tone when driven. This gives the instrument a wide, natural range that reflects the player’s touch.
