BACCHUS Japan Tune Up JT WL5-QM-AC RSM/M (Natural Satin) is a traditional solid body electric bass. Inspired by a great american classic, it stands out with a tremendous quality to price ratio.
Its body is made of Nyatoh with a figured Maple top, while the neck (bolt-on) and fretboard are built with roasted Maple.The perfect tonewoods platform for its versatile electronics.
The Bacchus BBP2 preamp offers active (more modern and bright sounds) or passive (more round and vintage) options with a dedicated switch. You'll be able to adjust bass and treble independantly with separated potentiometers for optimum flexibility.

Nyatoh is a sustainable wood offering sonic similarities with Mahogany. Strond medium frequencies, richness, thickness.

Roasted Maple is a material that comes as a result of treating Maple wood with a high heat process, volatilizing the water and oils in the wood, giving as a result a more sturdy and durable wood that not only increases stability but also the overall sound quality of the material. The sound that we get from Roasted Maple is a rich, organic sound with a vintage-like tone that is reminiscent of an instrument that has aged its sound with time and usage
