The Erica Synths Perkons HD-01 is a powerful drum machine and synthesizer that breaks down the barriers on what is traditionally possible through conventional units. Featuring four highly versatile hybrid voices, comprised of a digital sound engine and analog multi-mode filter with overdrive and a flexible four-track sequencer with a host of controls over each track, the Perkons HD-01 gives you more control than ever before over your electronic drum production. Each voice has three sound engine modes, a comprehensive filtering section including high-pass, low-pass and band-pass modes and eight controls for adjusting macro-parameters including adjusting the internal bucket brigade delay effects send. To add movement and dynamism to your productions, take advantage of the intelligent automation through the use of the modulation LFO that can be assigned to all the parameters for a more lively and energetic performance. Once you have created the sound you hear in your head, Perkons allows you to save all voice parameter settings as a Kit, with the ability to save up to 64 kits on the internal memory. Each feature has been designed meticulously to culminate in the ability to create a vast array of unique and interesting sound designs that will take your electronic drum production to the next level.

Perfect for the live and studio musician, Perkons offers a wide range of flexibility to integrate into a number of different setups. Each voice has a dedicated velocity-sensitive trigger input to connect your favourite drum sampler and pads for a hybrid of performance and sound, as well as individual output and effects, send and return with 1/4" inch jack sockets to patch your sound through your favourite outboard effects as well as comprehensive MIDI implementation to control external instruments or software instruments. At the end of your signal chain, each voice is summed down through a studio-grade optical compressor and master overdrive, giving you the chance to add even more character and grit to your tone.
